MEET YOUR MENTOR
I am a fully qualified interior designer with over 12 years experience in residential and hospitality projects. I was working as an in-house interior designer for 9 years and then crowding my evenings and weekends working with my own private clients. I reached the point where I couldn’t keep up, and was terrified of taking that leap into full time self employment just yet.
So I decided to go slow and was recommended to work with a business coach. My coach inspired me to work hard on setting up the back end of my business.
That was 7 years ago and I now have the freedom and flexibility to run my own show. I have systems and processes in place that give me the confidence to run projects with my team, concept through to completion, a long list of clients that mostly come by word of mouth and are happy to pay for my premium services.
Stopping at creating beautiful interiors was never my plan. I wanted more and made sure that I’ve got more. The “more” has come in the form of TV presenting, guest speaking at events, workshops, blog and magazine contributions and travelling to international design fairs.
